M Prato and Associates was established to address a persistent gap in the large-scale project finance market: the absence of a reliable, structured pathway for qualified project sponsors to access guaranteed capital without the opacity, delays, and uncertainty that characterize traditional funding channels.
We work exclusively with serious, qualified sponsors — those who have a viable project, a clear plan, and the capacity to demonstrate 10% liquid capital. In return, we deliver a fully documented, legally protected funding process backed by globally recognized insurance providers and administered through a jointly owned Special Purpose Company.
Our model is built on co-ownership, not control. The client holds 50% of the SPC and is a signer on the account. Capital is deployed in three tranches over 90 days, tied to verified milestones. Every step is governed by binding legal agreements, independent escrow, and third-party insurance.

Full Transparency
Clients are co-owners of the Special Purpose Company holding their funds. They are signers on the account. There are no hidden structures, no opaque intermediaries, and no surprises.
Protected Capital
All funding is wrapped by insurance from globally recognized third-party insurers. The client is named in the policy. Both the client's 10% and the funder's 90% are protected from day one.
Confidentiality
All client information, project details, and funder relationships are treated with the highest level of discretion. Sensitive funder information is only disclosed after the client has signed the draft agreement.
